Maui Scenes

We just returned from a wonderful week in Maui. Samuel loved spending time at the beach. He seemed endlessly fascinated by the rocks, sand, and waves (and had to taste everything many times over!)




Here are some photos of the views from the condo we stayed at. Samuel loved eating his meals on the patio, and all three of us enjoyed taking afternoon naps there...it was so nice to be lulled to sleep by the sounds of the ocean :-)

We drove up to the top of Haleakala Crater at 10, 000 ft and did a bit of hiking - the views were amazing from up there!


And here are some photos of our drive to Hana and some of the gorgeous spots near Hana...the black sand beaches were a highlight for us.


On the last day of our trip we enjoyed a visit to the Maui Ocean Centre. Samuel loved watching all the tropical fish.

Our holiday came to an end too soon but we loved every minute of it. Samuel seemed quite intrigued by some of the new experiences on board the airplane!
